| Q. |
I am a new FOCP. How do I request a Welcome Kit? |
| A. |
Welcome Kits are not shipped automatically. You must confirm your address
and activate your shipment from the FOCP site. To log on to the FOCP site for
the first time, follow the Step by Step Migration Instructions to associate
your FOCP ID to your Windows Live ID. Next, use the temporary password that
you received (in an e-mail message from FiberOptic.com after you passed your
first exam) to access the FOCP Member Site. When you reach the FOCP site,
click Program Benefits, and then click Member Kit. Follow the instructions
that are listed to activate the shipment of your Kit. If you have trouble
with any of these steps or cannot find your temporary password, please contact
your FiberOptic.com Certification Center.

| Q. |
I am a current FOCP who is registered on the FOCP Member Site. How do I request a Welcome Kit? |

To receive your Welcome Kit, you must confirm your address and activate
shipment on the Welcome Kit page of the FOCP Member Site. Alternatively,
you may log on to the FOCP Member Site, select Program Benefits, and then
Member Kit.

| Q. |
I am an FOCP residing in Japan and I have not received my Welcome Kit. What should I do? |
| A. |
FOCPs registered as residing in Japan do not have to order Welcome Kits,
as the kits are sent when you become an FOCP. Allow for four weeks for
delivery. If you still have not received your Welcome Kit after this time,
contact the FiberOptic.com Certification Center.
|
| Q. |
Why can it take up to six weeks to deliver my Certificate or Welcome Kit? |
| A. |
Although it can take four to six weeks for delivery after requesting your
Kit from the FOCP site, most customers receive their materials well in advance
of that estimate. The shipment of FOCP materials involves collaboration between
numerous groups, including test center, FiberOptic.com, our distribution centers,
the shipping provider. To coordinate shipments between these different touch-points,
we allow for a worst-case scenario of six weeks for delivery that includes 9-15
business days of actual transit time for the package. If you are concerned about your
materials, please contact our Certification Center and confirm the status of your shipment.

| Q. |

Montgomery G.I. Bill (Chapter 30), VEAP (Chapter 32), and Dependents
